Our mission is to reach the lost in America by advancing leaders and teams so that communities are transformed. We know that God has a plan for both you and your team.  


Our goal is to help leaders and teams discover God's transformation, move forward, and successfully navigate His mission. 


We believe that Godly advancement equals transformation to be more like Jesus. And, that when leaders and teams experience the ongoing transformation offered by participating in His mission that those they lead and encounter will be transformed through the power of Jesus.
