We know that God has a plan for both you and your team.  Our goal is to help leaders and teams discover God's plan, move forward, and successfully navigate change.

Our Team

Our team is made up of full-time, part-time, and volunteers. Being part of the Advancement Team begins with a passion for Jesus and his mission to transformed into his image and find an eternal home with him. Our team believes that when a leader is transformed, what they touch will be transformed. As coaches and consultants we focus on leadership behaviors that lead to personal transformation which leads to the transformation of churches, ministries, and businesses.

Tim Ware

Lead Coach/Consultant, President

After eighteen years in bi-vocational ministry in rural and suburban churches, in 2008 I left Mustang Engineering to work in inner city ministry, before transitioning in 2010 to focus on advancing ministry leaders and churches.  My philosophy is that we are all created to advance and that it is never the Lord’s intention for us to remain as we are.  I believe that advancement in our personal relationship with the Lord, as leaders, and as churches only happens through intentional effort. I have Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Ministries, Master's Degree in Leadership, am an Ordained Minister, two certifications in church Consulting as well as coaching. My wife and I live in the rural town of Bluff Dale, TX. We have two adult children. I love the outdoors and to work with my hands. If you're interested in a coach or consultation, send me a note, I would love to talk to you.

Rachel Ware

Coach/Consultant

My husband Tim and I began ministry together when we were married in 1992. In our time we served in rural and suburban churches doing adult, youth, and children's ministries until we moved to the inner-city in 2007. I began coaching in 2004 and in 2008 I began to serve full-time as a ministry/leadership coach and consultant. I love having the privilege of coaching ministry leaders in transition. I have Bachelors Degree in Education and am a licensed teacher. I am an ACC coach with the ICF, an ordained Minister, and a Certified Consultant. My husband and I live on my family's ranch near Bluff Dale, Texas. I enjoy keeping up with our adult children, reading, and walking the creek. I would love to connect with you if you would like to try  coaching for a season.

Tommy and Diana Hayes

Rural Specialists

We have been married for 40+ years. From 1992 - 2016 we pastored 5 rural churches in towns as small as population 760. In 2016 our passion for small towns and rural churches opened the door to begin coming alongside pastors in these areas. We help discover resources, plan strategic outreaches, train congregations, coach, and encourage pastors. We believe that the smallest towns and smallest churches have potential to do great things for the kingdom. Tommy is an Ordained Minister and a Certified Coach. We live in our home town of Malakoff, Texas and have two adult children. We have the best eight grandchildren in the world. I enjoy the outdoors, my land, and my cattle. If you are a rural pastor and want to talk to someone, don't hesitate to let me know.

Julie Borge

Leadership Coach

Over the years, I’ve realized that God wired me to see the potential in people.  One of my passions is helping individuals have “aha” moments – the realizations of who they truly are, what they are capable of doing, as well as helping them design steps and processes to move in their desired direction.  I consider it a privilege partnering with individuals on their journey of self-discovery and helping those wanting to be everything God has designed them to be.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (I’m a reformed CPA), am an ACC with the ICF, a Certified Level 3 Coach with the AG Coaching Network and an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God. I am married to Mark and the mom to our two wonderful daughters Kaleigh and Allie.  I love traveling, meeting new people, and creating memories with the people in my life.

If you are interested in talking with someone, I would love to speak with you.
